New patient registration guide to GP services
The practice covers a radius of approximately six miles from the health centre east of the river Lagan, including Ballybeen, Upper Braniel Road, Manse Road -Four Winds and Holywood.
To register please fill in a registration form complete with photographic ID and proof of your address. All registration forms can be collected from the surgery, you will then be asked to attend for a new patient medical with our practice nurse, your registration is not complete until this is complete.
If you are housebound the practice staff will make alternative arrangements.
